There are a few things you NEED to know before reporting a bug of any nature.
READ CAREFULLY - PAY ATTENTION / before you post anything.

    # First of all, remember to face any problems that may occur in this order:

    • Remember to include details about:
    • Web Browser
    • Operating System
    • Flash Player
    • Detailed description of the problem
    • Under what circumstances did you encounter the problem

  • If you could not report a problem in-game right at the time it has occurred then proceed into filling the following Official Form:

All e-mails sent directly to NS Support emails without going through the Support Form Completion will be ignored (general rule)

  • Just in case you are facing an unexpected problem with BOTH your Facebook account and with your Ninja Saga account and therefore you cannot *** the Players' Support Form, use one of the emails bellow.

      Include detailed information about:
    • Web Browser
    • Operating System
    • Flash Player

    • email (the one your NS/FB account is linked to)
    • Game character in-game name (exactly as you write it in game)

  • If for any reason you do not wish to follow the first 2+1 preferred ways you can report your problem here in the forums.

    • We, moderators, would help you by giving you possible solutions, and/or by asking you important questions to help us gather information to help you solve your problem. Please note, that if you did not respond to our reply within 5 days, we would consider your problem solved, and we would close the thread.

NOTE: Please remember that we encourage players to report bugs through the in-game button as the reports go directly to the technicians!!

    # We are glad to inform you that Connection problems have been solved!
New game servers have been added to Ninja Saga and the game is now running smoother than ever!

If you are still facing problems:
  • Update your Browser with a new version.
  • Try using a different Browser. (ex. IE, FireFox, Chrome, Opera)
  • Update your Flash Player with the latest version of it.
  • Clean your PC of cookies and other browser leftovers.
  • Make sure other software does not interfere with Flash Player or Ninja Saga.
  • Reset your Router, Check your connection speed, Contact your ISP for connection speed problems.
In the rare occasion that Ninja Saga server might face another similar problem in the future we will most probably already know and fix it the soonest possible.

    # There are some issues that we will not bother dealing with..

  • Lost Gold and/or EXP because you had faced a connection problem/error.

  • Accidental purchase of items.
  • Accidental purchase of Jutsu.
  • Accidental selling.
  • Accidental allocation of stat-points.

  • Earn Token Issues Concerning: Free offers / PayPal / PayMo / OfferPal / SuperReward / GameCards / Prepaid-Cards/ Visa, etc..
(for this kind of problems please contact the relevant service providers referred above or not)
    tip:
If you had done an offer, but you missing tokens, click on "View Offer Status" (right there you had found the offer).
Then click "Awarded Offers" -> "Missing Tokens".

  • Free Offers are not directly related to Ninja Saga.. Ninja Saga only sells tokens to the "dealer" who is for example "Super Rewards" and those dealers scout (search) on their own for companies that would like to be advertised through Ninja Saga for a specific amount of money..
with those money they get the bought tokens and give them to you through Super Rewards (ex).

If you don't have any offers then you have to wait for some to come that's all..

Should you report issues of that nature and your topics will be locked and removed.
We are not responsible for your "bad-luck" and so we cannot do any favours that would be unfair for the rest of the Users..

thank you for your understanding and your cooperation,
On behalf of the Ninja Saga team,
A.A.

    # Trouble Shoot a lagging game!
Why it happens and how to solve:

  • Sometimes when you are playing ninja saga for a very long time non-stop (3+ hours) the application graphics will start lagging.
Simply refresh the page or restart the browser.. it will be fixed.

  • Also, check at the bottom right corner if your PC is throttling. Throttling will cause a general lag in all applications.
    Restart your computer.

  • Loading screen lag issue: It turns out that if you have a adblocker it stops a ingame ad that is supposed to appear everytime you finish a mission thus the game try to load a blocked ad resulting in the black loading screen error.
Try disabling any eventual adblocker and see if it solves your problem
